Alessandro Sona

Alessandro Sona received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, in 1999 and the Ph.D. degree in electronic instrumentation from the University of Brescia, Italy, in 2002. Since then he joined the Department of Information Engineering and the Department of Management and Engineering of the University of Padova, where is currently Assistant Professor of Instrumentation and Measurement. His main interests lay in the field of electromagnetic compatibility and radiofrequency measurement systems. In particular, his researches are focused on new measurement techniques and tools for accurate estimates in the fields of: electromagnetic compatibility, wireless systems performance, and human and objects location and detection (Zig-Bee, UWB and RFID). He is author of over 80 technical papers published on international Journals and Conference Proceedings. He is a member of IEEE.
