Time sensitive distributed applications need to share a common time reference. A variety of timing algorithms do exist, but when it comes to microsecond or sub-microsecond accuracy, options become much fewer.

Research involves:

• design of clock servo algorithms
• analysis of oversampling-based timing algorithms
• synchronization for distributed sensor networks and internet-of-thing (IoT) sensor networks
